Carving out space for what I describe as “Me-Time” was one of the most important things I did for myself and have taught countless others to do for themselves. Meditation is my favorite way to spend “Me-Time” and I have committed to this practice daily. Meditation can look like so many things and will change for you over time. The key is to schedule time in your life. What you do during that time will evolve as you grow. Here are some options to help you.

   MEDITATIONS

Energy centers are located at the seven major anatomical plexuses in the body and are often called Chakras. The energy centers start at the base of the spine and move upwards to the top of the head. These are the energy centers that can help create a sense of calm and well-being when balanced.

A simple way to work with your energy centers is to use the aromatics of essential oils. While there are hundreds of options, starting with these seven essential oils is a great way to support your body and mind. Use the oils with your affirmations and visualizations for added impact.
