I am a Goal-Alignment Strategist, with a Mindset Transformation Coaching style that draws on spirituality and intuition.
With 20 years experience in healthcare and 15 years as a coach I have a unique consulting style. Driven by a desire to offer holistic care, I integrated mind-body practices and trauma-informed approaches into my work long before they became mainstream. Through trial and error, and with the guidance of mentors, I share practical processes that transform the lives of my clients.

By using my intuition, I can provide deep insightful information to help you understand things not in your awareness. This information can be shared in one of two ways. It can be done during one-to-one sessions or long-distance.

My favorite way to work is connecting intuitively and creating a report for you. Working this way has the advantages of getting right to the point, saving time, and money. While I worked privately for over a decade, I am currently providing these reports with the option of adding on a Clarity Call.
Clarity Calls are one-to-one video/phone sessions to go over any questions you have on how to use the report. This is the best way to for me to utilize my gifts to their fullest potential and align with my authentic nature. After all, I need to practice what I preach.
A Clarity Call can be booked when:
- you have questions and want to review your report
- you are stuck and need help applying the insights from your report to a challenge or goal.
